This exciting new collaboration partners with three of Hong Kong's renowned Asia's 50 Best Bars award winners: COA, KINSMAN, and THE OPPOSITES.
Each bar is launching two newly created, limited-edition cocktails. These exclusive drinks are specially crafted to incorporate the two new Häagen-Dazs™ Wanderlust of Europe ice-cream: Tiramisu Coffee & Mascarpone and Churros Dulce de Leche & Cinnamon. But the experience doesn't stop at drinks: THE OPPOSITES will also offer a brand-new snack to further elevate your gourmet journey!
This special menu will be available from 10th June to 5th July 2025 at all three bars.

Churro Symphony - Cocktail (HK$148) Cognac exudes deep aromas of ripe fruit and wood, laying a rich foundation. Cinnamon adds a warm, spicy kick, while banana softens the palate with natural sweetness and fruitiness. Crème de cacao infuses a sweet chocolatey note with a subtle bitter edge, balancing the flavors for a vibrant, rich taste. Paired with Häagen-Dazs™ Churros Dulce de Leche & Cinnamon Ice Cream, it tempers the favours, delivering a refined, lingering finish—a perfect dessert to end the day.
Tiramisu Affair - Cocktail (HK$148) Mezcal offers a profound woody flavor with a hint of spice, followed by the fresh fruitiness of coconut and cherry, enlivening the palate. PX Sherry contributes rich notes of caramel, dried fruit, and nuts, blending seamlessly with the roasted aroma of coffee to enhance the complexity. Poured over Häagen-Dazs™ Tiramisu Coffee & Mascarpone Ice Cream, it creates a luxurious, slightly boozy Affogato for an indulgent experience.

Goose - Cocktail (HK$138) Crafted with Wing Lee Wai white glutinous rice wine as the base, this cocktail exudes a warm rice aroma enhanced by a touch of Ming River baijiu for a floral accent. Mr. Black coffee liqueur amplifies the rich coffee notes, perfectly complementing the creamy Häagen-Dazs™ Tiramisu Coffee & Mascarpone Ice Cream, highlighting its delicate sweetness and layered texture. Paired with Chinese-style vegan “roast goose”, this unexpected combination sparks a delightful flavour explosion.
Happy Kid Breakfast - Cocktail (HK$148) Wing Lee Wai’s Yuk Bing Siu, a traditional Cantonese rice wine infused with pork fat, evokes a taste of bygone Hong Kong. It’s paired with roselle liqueur from local brand Magnolia Lab for a sweet-tart balance that enhances the Häagen-Dazs™ Churros Dulce de Leche & Cinnamon Ice Cream’s creamy and spiced notes. Served with fried dough sticks and condensed milk, it captures the joy of a classic Hong Kong breakfast.
