War of the DESI deejays (Bollywood style - First time in Hong Kong)
WAR OF THE DESI DEEJAYS has never taken place in Hong Kong before. This is the first time ever.
This competition is not about scratching and stuff like they have in the DMC. Its all about music selection & keeping the crowd on the dancefloor.
All DESI deejays are welcome to participate. Deadline is 10th May. For more info, call 98121243.
- Deejays are allowed to use Vinyls or CD's.
- Each deejay will be spinning an exclusive 30 minutes set.
- Deejays are NOT allowed to repeat tracks. ONLY TWO tracks of their choice can be repeated from the tracks played before their set (Basically the first one is the lucky one).
- Deejays will be picked randomly to play from first to last.
- Everyone gets a chance to vote for their favorite deejay. After its over, there will be a ballot box you can drop in your vote and you are allowed to vote for AS MANY deejays as u like.
- The winner will be announced the next day & will win a "DEEJAY CD PLAYER/MIXER SET".

Also we will be having freestyle rapping by our very own "MC JI" thru out the night.
Lots of CD's mixed by the participating deejays will be given away.
Entry charge: HK$60 + 1st standard drink at special price HK$50.
Show starts at MIDNIGHT (SHARP).
