Drawing from the imaginative energy of Dr. Seuss, the revamped menu offers a unique visual and culinary experience for the central destination.

One side of the new cocktail menu with modern twists and the other applying advanced mixology techniques. One thing that is obviously noticeable is the cocktail names are all names. ROSARIA, ROSE, CHARLOTTE, ELIZABETH, JENNIFER, EMMA, ALEX and PENELOPE.

PENELOPE priced at HK$180 (pictured above) is a bold cocktail, blending honey, carrot, and celery bitters! Sounds like an interesting combination and for details on all the others you will need to go and visit the destination yourself.

Two things to note, first is that they also have different new dishes to compliment the cocktails including The Chopped Cheese Sub at HK$180 (pictured below). Second is that they have extended operating hours, now open seven days a week, including Sundays!

 A popular place that can now have more guests each week, there is no excuse to go and visit it this week or weekend.
