Offering especially crafted refreshments with fresh artisanal ingredients for visiting guests; Duddell’s strive to work with premium producers who together only produces quality cocktails for the Hong Kong scene. With a drinks menu handpicked by Salon Manager, Mark Jenner; cocktails range from Asian twists to fruity scents, keeping it fresh and light for the season. Including the fragrant gin based cocktail The Straits Sling (HKD $158) and the exotic star fruit drink The Park Avenue (HKD $158); experience a Hong Kong style of tropical- ness just around the corner in Central. 

 On top of the cocktails, a series of slow–pressed fresh juice made with orange, apple, pink grapefruit or watermelon are being served. A special Byzantium Blend (HKD $85) with a combination of celery, carrot, fresh pineapple and Fuji apples is also one of their highlights for the season.
