Patrice loved music all her life. At a young age, she already appreciated the music that was entering her ear and she couldn’t sleep without the radio on. Pop and some alternative music were her favorites to listen to, not knowing the other genres that existed. As she started going to clubs and bars, being exposed to the scene, she imagined herself playing to a crowd, being the life of the night. “It doesn’t matter who you are or where you’ve been – all are equal on the club scene” is her motto as a DJ and the thing that really hits her most is that music unites the people. The hard bass, house and trance music were some of the things that inspired her to become a DJ.

When brought to Hong Kong to be the resident DJ of Zinc in Lan Kwai Fong, she started playing other genres again besides house. She then started playing at some of the bars in the same area after almost a year. After a few months of resting from playing, she became one of the resident DJs of Escape. A few months passed, she started playing at other bars around Wyndham Street, Lan Kwai Fong, Soho, and Wanchai. She currently plays at Petticoat Lane on weekends.
In house music is where her heart is but she always keeps in mind that being “flexible but unpredictable” is essential as her mentors and other co-DJs were always telling her. Vocal house, funky house, instrumental house, electro and electribe are her personal styles.

Music is her passion and all she wants is to make the people appreciate the music that she loves, the “drama” that it has, making them nod their heads and dance.
