This month (March 2021), zuma Hong Kong had added the Nitro Espresso Martini priced at HK$120 to its cocktail menu.

Prepared by Bar Manager Lorenzo Coppola, this caffeine cocktail includes an ingredient called Mr Black, a cold brew coffee liqueur roasted and distilled in Australia.

We are told the Nitro Espresso Martini is served from a nitrogen generator tap and also includes Ketel One Citroen vodka and other flavours you should ask the staff about when you go to zuma Hong Kong and order one!
