How did you start your DJing career here in Hong Kong?
Started playing at small events of friends, then early/warm-up sets at Yumla.

How many years has it been since you first started DJing?
I started in 2000, but then took it more seriously around 2006/08.

Where do you play in Hong Kong?
Adidas, Mamoz, Fly, Kee, Bassment, etc.

How would you define your style of music?
Anything under the Dance Music category, I guess. From underground electronica to mainstream music.

How do you feel that DJing and producing has changed over the last few years in the local scene of Hong Kong?
DJing has definetly grown here, as it is much easier to start. All you need is a DJ program and a midi-controller. Producing on the other hand, it is there, slowly growing, but still have long ways to go.

Which is your favourite venue to perform at?
Fly so far, or Clockenflap. Every time I play at Fly, or the both times at Clockenflap, the crowd have been amazing.

Was there a most memorable event you have performed at? Can you tell us about it?
2011 Clockenflap, 1st time I played in front of such a massive crowd, and they were really up for it. Was a good day.

Have you performed abroad? If not, where would you like to visit? If yes, how are the audiences different from the local crowd here in Hong Kong?
So far, only Macau and Philippines. The crowd is pretty much the same, though the music taste is slightly different, so you have to adapt a bit to cater to their style.

Who in your opinion are the best up-and-coming producers / artists at the moment?
HK DJs Basil Tam and Frankie Lam, 2 guys who I’ve looked up to since day one.

If you weren’t a DJ/Producer what would you be doing?
Nothing, there is no Plan B.
