Announced today, Live Nation has acquired a majority interest in Clockenflap, known for the festival as well as the series of concerts that they organise throughout the year. The Clockenflap team will continue to curate, manage and produce its festivals and events, but of course now they will have the backing of Live Nation's resources, that are simply excellent to have for any event organiser.
