There are a number of shops that sell party items, toys, gifts and other fun items in Sham Shui Po, Kowloon (Fuk Wa Street and Fuk Wing Street). Around Halloween they add a selection of Halloween items to those searching for something fun for the night. This would be our best recommendation if you want to browse and look at them in person. If you buy a few you can even get a discount.
You do get a pretty good selection of decorations and costumes in these stores located in Central. But of course the pricing is a bit higher that heading over to Kowloon.
In and around the street markets there are some shops selling Halloween decorations and costumes. Not as much on offer as in Sham Shi Po or even Pottinger Street.
