Being one of the longest residents at Zouk Singapore main room; where else have you played at that you especially enjoyed? What makes it so memorable?

I enjoyed playing Pacha Ibiza, Space Ibiza, Green Valley Brazil & club M2 Seoul. A good responsive crowd + great sound system made those gigs memorable.

How do you feel that DJing and producing has changed over the last few years?

Well, over the years it’s more important to produce than DJ, as DJ-ing  is getting easier with just a sync button at hand, so if you want to make it as an international DJ, you need to produce  a couple of big hits to get noticed. 

What was your favourite memory so far of 2013 and what would you like to achieve during the rest of the year?

Having the opportunity to play Ultra Music Festival in Korea and the world’s no 1 club Green Valley. I  hope to play a good set for Zoukout and  I also hope that my new single “C’mon” which also happens to be the official track for ZoukOut 2013) will do well on Beatport and last but not least, I’m looking forward to a better 2014!

What can we expect from your upcoming performance at Zoukout?

As I will be doing the closing sunrise set at the main arena, I will be playing  a different set from my usual with tons of my edits

Tell us a story from tour that shocked you?

Well, couple of years back when I was playing in Manila, a Korean girl passed a note when I was playing, asking for the hotel I was staying and left her numbers. 

Do you have any pre gig rituals?

Having a good dinner is my pre gig ritual.

Played alongside with countless DJs, who in your opinion are the best up-and-coming producers / artists at the moment?

Couple of producers to watch out for are Deorro, Sick Individuals, Kryder, Tom Staar & Firebeatz, we should be hearing a lot from these guys in 2014. 

If you weren’t a DJ/Producer what would you be doing?

A chef probably, I love food!
