Our story began when we developed an obsession – or should we say passion – for great distinctive, hand crafted beers and started experimenting with several batches of surprisingly good homebrews that impressed our friend sand lucky neighbours.

‘From there it was all downhill’ and so began the brewery adventure. In 2013, our dream became a reality with the placement of the purchasing order to manufacture & ship the brewery equipment. At the end of 2014, after a year of planning & building, Fat Rooster Brewing Co. hatched to be part of the revolution to create fresh, really tasty, artisanal, small batches of unpasteurized ales and

lagers in a whole variety of styles, using only the best ingredients freeof adjuncts & preservatives. Today, Fat Rooster Brewing Co. has 2 headliners – ‘Fat Rooster Hong Kong IPA’ & ‘FAT Rooster Red ALE – that are on tap all year round for visitors & fans to try at a variety of Hong Kong bars & restaurants, with new limited & seasonal + annual beers released to shake things up and keep things exciting.
