Made from the fine spirits of Diageo Reserve; cocktail drink submissions made with Ketel One vodka, Ron Zacapa rum, Don Julio tequila and Tanqueray No. TEN gin has secretly been introduced at participating venues for all guests to sample from now until the 19th of April.
With 4 main themes including the “Martini Experience”, “After Dinner Cocktail”, “Tropical Cocktail” and “Vintage Cocktail”; one of a kind creations made by Hong Kong and Macau bartenders are ready for Diageo Reserve World Class’ Bartender of the year competition’s summer round. With four bartenders chosen from their respective categories; they will then compete against winners from the first round including Macau representatives in the National final this summer. Fighting for a spot in the Global finals happening at Great Britain from July 28th to August 1st this year in 2014; different challenges will be induced during the competition.

With previous global finals hosted in places such as in Rio de Janerio, Athens, Delhi, and aboard a cruise across the Cote d’Azur; this year’s dual location highlights Scotland and London’s art of blending and cocktail culture. Competitors will be spending 2 days in Edinburgh and then boarding a train to London where the final winner will be announced.
