CODY out of home and Craft Beer Association of Hong Kong have joined together to present the inaugural "Motion Academy: Craft Beer Edition" on Saturday, April 26th 2025. This event marks the first-ever tram tour featuring tastings from seven local breweries.

 

The general is invited to enjoy a unique tram tour as they travel through Hong Kong Island on the tram while sampling local craft beers.

Representatives from each of the breweries will be on board (including Black Kite Brewery, Breer HK, Carbon Brews, Deadman Brewery, hEROES Beer Co, H.K. Lovecraft, and Yardley Brothers), sharing their stories behind their beers to those interested to learn more about what went into all the special beverages. Also passenger will also receive an exclusively designed craft beer map with more information about the beers and restaurants that serve local craft beers.

Twenty complimentary spots are available, each admitting two people. Spot the specially branded “Motion Academy: Craft Beer Edition” trams travelling through Hong Kong Island and scan the QR codes on the trams to register for the event.

Spaces are very limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful applicants will be notified individually.

A truly special experience in Hong Kong that we hope becomes a regular event.

Time & Location   

3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Departing from Western District Tram Terminus at Whitty Street, Kennedy Town, and ending at Causeway Bay Tram Terminus near Regal Hongkong Hotel)

4:15 PM to 5:15 PM (Departing from Causeway Bay Tram Terminus near Regal Hongkong Hotel, and ending at Western District Tram Terminus at Whitty Street, Kennedy Town)

 

Registration   

Scan the QR code on the designated “Motion Academy: Craft Beer Edition” trams circulating in various districts on Hong Kong Island.* Limited spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful registrants will be contacted.
 
*This event is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
*Do not drink and drive.
*Excessive drinking is harmful to health. Please drink responsibly.
