
Intervals, the sophisticated sky bar at Hong Kong International Airport, is debuting an exhilarating new event series called "Cocktail Globetrotting" on August 15th. This unique series transforms airport downtime into an international cocktail journey, featuring celebrated bartenders from top bars worldwide.

2024
- August: Andrew Ho from Guangzhou’s Hope & Sesame will kick off with his creative ANGO cocktail.
- September: Minakshi Singh from Delhi’s Sidecar features her aromatic Gondhoraj drink.
- October: Diveysh Ramesh from Singapore’s Mandala Club presents the Oo-Meshu Fizz.
- November: Alvaro Garcia and Tito Pin-Perez from Mexico’s Rayo serve their bold Number 1 cocktail.
- December: Holly Graham and Waka Murata from Tokyo Confidential unveil the Cheung Fun Old Fashioned.
2025
- January: Jon Lee from Kuala Lumpur’s Penrose will serve the Penrose Gibson.
- February: Davide Boncimino from Macau’s Vida Rica features the Ginger Snaps.
- March: Ronnaporn K. from Bangkok’s Mahaniyom Cocktail Bar wraps up the series with the Kaffir Lime drink.

Each monthly edition pairs a signature cocktail with delectable food and a travel guide to the bartender’s city, making each visit a flavorful and immersive experience. Running from August 2024 to March 2025, "Cocktail Globetrotting" promises to redefine airport relaxation.
