Tell us a little bit about how you got started as an artist? Who was your biggest inspiration?
When I first started in this world it was really a hobby for me, but after many years it has become a job. I first realized that I was pursuing an artist’s career when I released my first track and won a national deejays competition organized by Lucky Strike. My biggest inspiration at the time was the legend Erick Morillo, mostly because I loved his technique and the way he played and mixed each song.

Will this be your first time in Macao? Is there anything that you are looking forward to doing or seeing in particular?
Yes, it’s my first time and I’m very excited and looking forward to this date. What I expect every time I go on tour is having the chance of getting to know the culture of the country, the food, meeting new people and environments, and really catching the vibe of the place.

What was your favorite memory of 2013 and what do you have planned for 2014?
My favorite memory of 2013 is the day i played at the Ultra Europe Stage at the Ultra Music Festival. It was just awesome to share that stage alongside artists like Nervo, Martin Solveig, Dirty South, Chukie or Sunery James and Ryan Marciano.

What can we expect from your upcoming performance at Cubic Macao?

All my best!! I promise I will make the audience scream and jump on the dance floor and I will transport everyone to Ibiza with my music.

What are your top three touring essentials?
From the top of my head, three of my favorite places to go on tour are Sydney, Cape Town or Balneario Camboriu ( Brazil )

Do you have any pre gig rituals?
Not really, although I like to analyze the club and its people in order to adapt the best I can to the venue.

Who in your opinion are the best up-and-coming artists at the moment?
If we talk in terms of EDM, I think Dannic, Dyro and Martin Garrix are in great shape right now. If we talk about techno, I would say Ramiro Lopez.

If you weren’t an artist what would you be doing?

Well, probably a sound engineer since that is what I studied, or something related to marketing and advertisement.
