The Bollywood music scene has seen a host of young, fresh and talented DJs and Producers come up with cutting edge, innovative and funky concepts.
But still.. every track still sounds so similar? ... I've been contiously asking people why this is so.
After realising I was posing the wrong question, I thought...
How about we diversify the style, add a new face, and find this new era of production somewhere outside of India?
Well.. I've found him. He resides in Singapore. He goes by the name of Bharat Goel. He will be one of the most innovative Bollywood/Hindi music producers/remixers the 21st Century has seen.

Hong Kong can't seem to have enough of DJ NYK, who is returning back to HK for 2 gigs in one weekend!
Two different events, and some confused promotions have given DJ NYK the opportunity to be spinning for the Diwali Dreams event on Friday October 6th, and again at Tru in Lan Kwai Fong on Saturday 7th.
The easiest way to catch him dropping his club-thumping Bollywood tunes is by heading down for DIWALI DHOOM at TRU on Saturday night (7th). Tickets can be bought in advance for $100 and at the door for $150. The night's going to be running from midnight till late, with only limited tickets available!
For advance tickets, head down to either Tru or Bombay Dreams, or just cough up that extra $50 at the door to save yourself time instead of money!

This Diwali hypes up even more with Jay Sean joining the international line-up promoters have put together for October.
October 14th celebrates the coming of the Indian New Year, DIWALI. This year, event promoters and social mongers have invited down artists such as Bombay Rockers, Jay Sean, Shaan and Channel V's VJ Sophie. Rumour also has it that DJ NYK will also be returning to do a set.
There are close to 10 events being organised throughout October for the festive occassion, each offering different styles of entertainment as well as wining and dining experiences. The venues being used include Cyberport, Viceroy and 5 Star Hotels.

The excquisite Aqua Spirit will be hosting a big 1st Anniversary party of it's series of Bollywood Nights. For the last year, resident DJ Leo has been pumping out Bollywood club tracks and will cook up a special set on Saturday 16th just for all the loyal party-goers who have been attending regularly.
