Indulge in the dinner curated by Chef Matthew Woolford with the best seasonal ingredients from all around the world, starting with David Hervé Oysters, followed by an Aged Parmesan Crème Brûlée for the ladies and Seared Rougie Foie Gras for the gentlemen. Chef will then present US Linz Heritage Mini Tomahawk with a selection of side dishes for sharing.
