Frank’s buffet brunch will showcase light appetizers such as Lemon Orzo Pasta Salad with fresh squid, shrimp, cuttlefish and clams, Mussels in White Wine Butter Sauce, or Shrimp alla Papino – seared shrimp on skewers with grilled lemon and an aromatic broccoli rabe pesto. Heartier bites include a simple but classic Sausage and Peppers Sandwich, and of course, Frank’s Mini Meatballs.
Frank’s buffet mains include an elevated version of an American classic –Hamburgers with buffalo mozzarella, a fragrant pesto and thick-sliced grilled tomato, alongside tender Bistecca with roasted garlic rub and salsa verde, plus vegetarian-friendly Italian classic Eggplant Rollatini featuring a mouthwatering combination cheeses.
