WOOBAR’s 2nd round pop up bar nights series is putting a spin to your taste buds with authentic German style craft beer from Next/New local brewer H.K. Lovecraft. Get your front row seat for the debut of German Bierstachel in Hong Kong, it’s a scene that no one should miss!

Special Cocktail:

·         Spike The Beer (German Bierstachel)    $118

Bierstacheln = Fire + Metal + Beer, by putting a 600° C hot spike into the beer, it creates a smooth foam and mix of hot and cold for a distinct texture

Crafted beer:

·         Helles   $98

Traditional German Pale Lager with 100% malt. Tasting characters are light-bodied, refreshing, crispy, malty and high bitterness

·         Rauchbier   $108

The bottom-fermented smoked beer with malts that are dried over direct fire of beech wood, imparting a unique smokiness

·         Doppelbock    $118

Fresh and cloudy with a rich sweetness like burnt honey, fused with a subtle hint of green in hop and soft sting on the tongue of peppery spice of earth
