New kid on the block and Hong Kong’s hottest wining and dining destination, Frank’s Italian American, introduces an all-new Jazz night, every Thursday from 10pm to 1am. Located at the lively junction of Wyndham Street, Arbuthnot Road and Hollywood Road, Frank’s new musical offering gives guests the chance to sit back and relax while enjoying bold yet approachable Italian-American plates, exceptionally made cocktails and world-class jazz from a trio of musicians led by the charismatic Griffe Saunders, right in the heart of Central. 

Griffe Saunders is a veteran saxophonist and flautist with experience playing for The Tonight Show, The Dolly Parton Theatre and Eason Chan. He is supported by Paul Candelaria, one of Asia’s foremost acoustic bassists who has enjoyed an impressive career alongside artists including James Moody, Fumio Karashima and Guy Barker. Paul has also toured with Terumasa Hino and his Asian All-Star Band, playing with Asia’s best and brightest stars. Roland Salcedo is in charge of keys. He has collaborated with some of the finest musicians around, like Eugene Pao, George Gershwin, Miles Davis and more, and has taken part in the recognized HKCC’s “Musical Moments” concerts for five consecutive years.

Alongside soulful, up close and personal jazz renditions, diners can devour a late-night feast of savoury signatures like Chicken Parmigiana or Ricotta Gnudi, while knocking back classic cocktails until well into the night.
