Next HOST on the 11th of January with the resident DJ from Berghain/Panorama Bar, the Italian master Massimiliano Pagliara ! 

HOST is a new LGBT+ focused party in Hong Kong for all races, genders and sexual identities, where you will feel free to feel free and express yourself freely. For its first chapter, the HOST collective is inviting no less than one of the world’s biggest electronic music group / labels / artists: Honey Soundsystem.

來自意大利DJ兼製作人Massimiliano Pagliara，不論是對他的DJ set或是他本人，都會有無盡對話的意慾。

來自意大利Lecce，期後Massimilano Pagliara移居柏林，自此他成為這個Techno城市裡少數的精緻和婉約的DJ，相當充滿地下Disco的精神。

There's an ongoing lust for dialogue when it comes to Italian DJ and producer Massimiliano Pagliara – be it through his collaborations and solo productions, during his DJ sets or on a personal level.

Stemming from Lecce, Massimilano Pagliara has been based in Berlin for several years where he's been one of the main forces behind recombining the city's hardboiled techno scene with an often overlooked sensibility for the soft and the tender. Call it underground disco passion.

Massi自我形容他的風為混合型格House、Disco、Electro和Techno，或者他人會形容為當代的經典。DJ漸發展到製作，Massi主要的器材都是類比合成器，通常他會埋沒在他的居所兼工作室製作新的歌曲。

Massi describes his style as an eclectic mix of house, disco, electro and techno – one may call it current-yet-classic. DJing has since led to production. These days Massi lets his obsession with analog synths run wild – usually he's holed up in his apartment studio, working on his latest productions.

Massimilano's last and sophomore album, ‘With One Another’ (LARJ, 2014), was about celebrating the joy of human encounters and in parts seemed like a big get-together with like-minded artists and friends. The record quickly hit the number one spot in Groove magazine's album chart – and its creator hit the road.

忙碌的DJ日程和派對，這位於Panorama Bar駐場DJ更不忘到世界各地不同夜店打碟和表演，增廣見聞。Massimiliano第三張大碟「Feel Live」就是在忙碌行程中在洛杉磯、波特蘭、柏林甚至在國界中的飛機半空中製作音樂和混音，絕對是Massi最刺激和興奮工作之一。在三萬呎高空仰望著暴風後過的第一線曙光，實在是感性又富靈感的畫面。

Besides his busy DJ schedule and far from the usual club circuit routines, the Panorama Bar resident dedicated himself to intense travelling and exploring the world anew. ‘Feel Live’, Massimiliano's third full-length endeavour was recorded in several intimate, sometimes improvised studio settings between Los Angeles, Portland, and Massimiliano's homebase in Berlin as well as at airports and on intercontinental flights high up in the sky – Massi's most playful and imaginative work to date. It's as emotional as sensual, as vibrant as the first ray of light after a thunderstorm has cleared the air.
