Radical 40 (Named after “宀”, the 40th radical of the Kangxi Dictionary) is a new party held at 宀 aiming to bring together the best local and regional artists for an all night long B2B, where the specificity of each artists blend together to give an unique result.

For the second edition, Radical 40 teamed up two DJ renown for their love of groovy music and eclectic sound. Boogie G is the promoter / dj behind the Nite Ride party which aims to promote the Modern Funk / Boogie / Disco sound in Bangkok and further in Asia. He's been also creating parties around the city for international artists and his latest event series Music Makes Me High. A serious digger with a true dedication to vinyl for the last two decades!

Under alias MLCH hides Florian Mélinette, co-founder of FuFu and Hong Kong based Dj. Music lover from his boyhood, this french guy spend most of his time digging in order to drop the secret weapons and classics, switching from Chicago House to Deep atmosphere without forgetting some funky/disco tunes. He plays with passion and a desire to get a whole club bouncing.

He already played alongside international artists such as Move D, Jayda G, Demuja, Kuniyuki Takahashi, Habibi Funk, Pablo Valentino, Trus'me, Soichi Terada, Jus-Ed, Lay-Far, Crackazat, Sameed,... His favorite expression: " When the drummers change their beats, the dancers must also change their steps."

Radical 40th (取名自宀在康熙字典的部首部份)是宀一個全新的派對系列，旨在聚集一眾風格各異的本地製作人/DJ到來B2B之夜，勢必擦出火花。

本星期，第二次Radical 40th請來泰國曼谷的Boogie G 聯合本地的MLCH，兩位DJ有著同共的口味，都喜愛groovy有型的跳舞音樂，亦是我們舉辦Radical 40th的夢幻組合之一。

Boogie G收藏黑膠唱片越二十年，不只是DJ，更是Nite Ride派對的搞手，旨在亞洲推廣分享Modern Funk / Boogie / Disco音樂，而他的Music Makes Me High派對系列曾多次邀請國際級DJ/製作人來泰國演出。本地FuFu和Shi Fu Miz的搞手之一，MLCH台下名字為Florian Mélinette，自少已愛上音樂，來自法國的MLCH的時間都在花費在發掘滄海遺珠及經典曲目，從Chicago House、Deep Atmosphere，全都有豐富的Funky/Disco 的元素，就是要令全場起舞。 曾經為 Move D、Jayda G、Demuja、Kuniyuki Takahashi、Habibi Funk、Pablo Valentino、Trus'me、Soichi Terada、Jus-Ed、Lay-Far、Crackazat、Sameed等等國際級DJ暖場，MLCH曾說過：「當節拍轉變，舞者必要跟隨。」
