It was in Stockholm, Sweden that Niina first cut her teeth on the dance music scene, making a name for herself on the local venue circuit.
In 2002 Niina headed out to South East Asia, little knowing that it would become her second home, that she would become one of the main movers in the nightlife of Bali, twice be among the nominees for best DJ of the island, win the title 'best DJ' 2009 YAK awards Bali and holds 2 of the main venues (Double Six club, KuDeTa) residencies on the “island of God”. Additionally she has spun at Bali’s most memorable outdoor parties at venues like Nyang-Nyang , Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) and Bali Cliff and international luxury resorts and hotels like as Bvulgari, Raffles, Karma Kandara and Puro beach in Spain.
In 2005, she compiled internationally released double pack CD series Destination Lounge: Bali (www.destinationlounge.com), a lounge and house compilation that had a release event at WMC Miami 2005, Niina was in the Dj line up...

During her frequent visits out from Bali, she plays trend-setting venues in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Germany, Thailand, Singapore, Spain, Greece, Finland, Sweden, Australia (Hed Kandi world series Brazil CD release), India, Eastern Europe, Dubai, Korea, Malaysia, Italy and will be continuing to many other destinations guaranteed.

Niina has played alongside top DJs including Armand Van Helden, Norman Jay, Pete Tong, Gregory, Martin Solveig, Jo Mills, Jim Breese, Claude Challe, Funkagenda, Matthias Heilbronn, DjRap, Julie McKnight, Miss Nine, Nicolas Matar, Behrouz, Clubbworxx, Dj Raven, D Ramirez, Derrick Carter, Peaches, Brand New Hevies, Mr V just to name but a few.
These days, Niina is musically more versatile than ever, weaving house music as progressive, deep house to tech house and techno into her ever versatile big room sets. Or leftfield breaks and nu soul if you prefer. One thing you’re always guaranteed is quality and that effortless sense of taste. Whether she’s soothing a cocktail crowd at sunset or rocking a dance floor in the thick of the night, you can guarantee a captive audience.
