Cassio presents Seth Troxler (Art Basel Week)

Basel electrifies Hong Kong. Fondation Beyeler (Switzerland’s most popular art museum) and Nordstern (multiple winner of the Swiss Nightlife Award as Switzerland’s best club) have partnered to create extraordinary experiences of contemporary art and electronic music. Their collaboration has led to legendary events in the museum’s beautiful park followed by ecstatic club nights on the transformed riverboat. Pioneering DJs such as Solomun, Dixon, Seth Troxler and Tale of Us played  in the museum park surrounded by outdoor art works of Alexander Calder, Ellsworth Kelly, Jenny Holzer, Tobias Rehberger, Thomas Schuette and Philippe Parreno. The success of these unique events build the base for their first collaboration in Asia.

Seth Troxler has teamed up with Nordstern founder Agi Isaku and Fondation Beyeler director Sam Keller to create a special night for lovers of art and electronic music. During Art Basel Hong Kong, on March 28th starting at 10pm, Cassio - a hybrid venue that unites a lounge bar and a restaurant (designed by Fabrizio Casiraghi and curated by the Dragon-i group) - will bring together celebrated DJ’s and contemporary artists. On this evening, nobody less than above-mentioned Seth Troxler will lay his hands on the turntables. The Detroiter combines his sound with influences of, elements by and collaborations with visual artists.
