The Aubrey After Dark’s anniversary celebrations open with the Hong Kong debut of Mia Moretti, an international DJ, music producer, and songwriter known for her distinctive style blending classic house, global rhythms, and soulful energy.
Starting her career playing vinyl on Los Angeles’ legendary Sunset Strip, Moretti rose to prominence at the forefront of New York’s evolving DJ culture, where her bold sonic storytelling caught the attention of the fashion and art worlds. She has performed at iconic venues and festivals including Coachella’s Do Lab, Miami Music Week, Primavera Barcelona, and exclusive events at the Louvre and along the Las Vegas Strip.
Moretti’s production style is marked by her innovative use of global samples, layered with the signature energy of classic house and the rhythms of contemporary tech house. The result is a rich and timeless sonic tapestry that bridges the gap between nostalgia and futurism, a hallmark of her dynamic sound.
