For one night only, The Hudson Rooms (@hudsonroomshanoi)—ranked #81 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars—lands in Hong Kong at Avoca. Hailing from Hanoi, The Hudson Rooms is known for its Prohibition-era inspired cocktails, an extensive whiskey collection, and a touch of old New York glamour.

Leading the night is Sean Halse, originally from Liverpool. With 15 years of experience across world-class bars—including Lebua in Bangkok and Jason Atherton’s venues in Dubai—Sean brings true craft and storytelling to every cocktail.
