Renowned Italian mixologist Dennis Zoppi brings his unique approach to the reinterpretation and evolution of cocktails to Zuma Hong Kong on 20th July 2023. Focused on breaking down the barriers of traditional cocktail thinking, he will introduce guests to new creative horizons during his masterclass and guest shift.

The masterclass will take place in Zuma Lounge and Bar from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, delving into the significance of applying an innovative spin on classic cocktails and examining the best approach for incorporating these creative variations. Guests will have the opportunity to savour tastings of Dennis’s inventive creations while also experiencing a showcase of his signature products.

After the masterclass, Dennis will team up with Zuma Hong Kong's bar team from 6:30 pm until late. During this special event, Zoppi will showcase his flair for reinterpreting Zuma's three classic cocktails, introducing never-before-seen twists that highlight his expertise in cutting-edge techniques and cocktail design. The featured cocktails include Hokusai, a reimagined Japanese Paloma; Geisha's Kiss, a fresh take on the Japanese Old Fashioned; Kanpai, a creative adaptation of the Hikari Spritz; and What If?, an original concoction by Zoppi himself (HKD 140 each).
