UK’s popular Burger & Lobster is coming to Hong Kong at Ozone on the 118th floor at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.

The limited-time pop-up will be from 1st March to 18th March 2023. On offer will be their burger and lobster dishes for those in Hong Kong to experience. I have personally been to one of the restaurants in the UK and did enjoy myself thoroughly.

Dishes include the classic Mayfair burger, The Original Lobster, Original Lobster Roll, and Hong Kong pop-up limited Typhoon Shelter Lobster and Deep-Fried Bao with Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Cream Sauce. Ozone has also created four cocktails and two non-alcoholic drinks to go with the menu.
