Showmen Group’s Smoke & Barrel introduces a brand-new Saturday Country Rock Brunch, further enhancing its smokey American offerings to the Hong Kong weekend brunch scene! The BBQ outpost will serve the country rocking’ brunch every Saturday from 11AM – 3PM starting in June and priced at just HK$450+10%. The new brunch menu is an improved continuation of the famed All American Brunch, playing up its family-friendly atmosphere with vibrant, wow-factor dishes and vibes to match. Diners can expect a live band to jive to soft rock tunes and All-American décor trend (staff rocking the look also!) throughout the venue.
The ultimate dish on the menu is the Roscoe’s Waffle served with S&B Fried Chicken and spiced BBQ sauce. Other highlights include reimagined old-school favorites like the Lowcountry Red Rice served with Secret Spices.
The restaurant’s brunch-obsessed fanbase can also expect classic American fare including the Nashville Chili served with 24h Slow Cooked Prime Brisket, Southern Spices & Meyer Lemon Sour Cream, as well as the Bayou Prawn Cocktail with Marie Rose & Bitter Greens. The brunch comes loaded with classic sides-to-share including the cornbread “biscuit” & gravy, New Orleans Slaw & Stuffed Jalapenos. The brunch concludes on a sweet note with a weekly changing selection of freshly made desserts on Paul’s Dessert Trolley!
Starting from just HK$298+10% and up, brunch squads can choose from a collection of free-flow drink packages inclusive of red, white wine, beer, sparkling, mixers and cocktails.
Guests are strongly encouraged to make reservations in advance by calling the friendly team directly. Limited terrace ‘alfresco’ space is also available overlooking Wyndham & Icehouse Street.
