From 25th – 27th December, you can tuck into Zuma’s Christmas Weekend Brunch with 2.5hours champagne free-flow, featuring Shogayaki Chicken Breast with Dried Apricot, Peanuts and Raisins and a tantalising Christmas-edition dessert platter to guarantee a sweet ending, including Cinnamon Fluffy Doughnuts, Vanilla and Wild Berry Chawanmushi, Christmas Fruit Cake with Brandy Sauce and Warm Valhrona Chocolate Caramel Cake.
