Cidre Bouche 2018 - made with traditional cider apple varieties, crushed and left to soak on skins before the juice is wild fermented slowly over a year and aged in French oak casks - rich and brimming with overripe bittersweet apples
Afton Field 2017 - unfiltered farmhouse cider made with pioneer American apple varieties and aged in oak barrels - cloudy and dry with wild brettanomyces flavours
